Note:
The first time you receive an external battery, it will display a virtual power level. Please fully charge the power bank to 100%, then use it until it turns off (do not recharge the power bank during this cycle, regardless of how many times you use it) until it reaches 0%, flashes, and turns off, then recharge it to 100% again. Follow the steps above to use it more than 3 times. The above is the smart learning process for the power bank's energy storage.
[Important Notice Regarding Capacity]
The total rated capacity (e.g., 10,000 mAh) of the internal battery cell of a power bank is measured at 3.7V.
The standard charging voltage for devices such as smartphones is 5V. During discharge, a process of voltage conversion and amplification occurs, resulting in inevitable energy loss.
Therefore, the actual effective output capacity of a power bank is approximately 60-70% of its total rated capacity.
Example: for a power bank with a rated capacity of 10,000 mAh, its actual capacity available for charging devices is approximately 6,000 to 7,000 mAh (the specific value varies depending on the device and the usage environment).
